Whether you need a nutritional analysis of a handful of recipes, or a comprehensive full-scale healthy choices program, Restaurant Dietitian offers a full menu of services. Either a la carte or combined into a comprehensive, full service Concierge Program, Restaurant Dietitian provides:

 

A La Carte Services

  • Recipe Analysis
    All of your recipes and sub recipes are analyzed using an industry standard, FDA approved database and nutrition analysis software. When needed, we can arrange for laboratory analysis.
  • Recipe Modification
    We work closely with executive chefs to modify recipes or reformulate products to meet specific nutrition targets, or to simply make the recipe healthier, while maintaining outstanding flavor.
  • Menu Analysis
    Whether you are a restaurant, school or healthcare institution, we evaluate static, seasonal, and rotation menus to make sure they conform to necessary nutrition guidelines. We also analyze complete restaurant menus.
  • Menu Development
    Restaurant Dietitian works with you to define your menu and source your products appropriately. Menus may include Heart Healthy, Vegetarian, Healthy Kids, Local, Organic and Sustainable programs.
  • Menu Labeling
    Restaurant Dietitian provides guidance on the appropriate use of claims such as Heart Healthy, Low-Fat or All Natural to help promote healthy choices and give consumers the information they need to chose foods wisely.
  • Allergy and Gluten Free Programs
    We collaborate with your team to develop gluten-free and allergen-free programs. We review your foods for the presence of allergens, evaluate your menu and production for potential cross contamination. We can also train your staff to maintain an efficient, allergy free kitchen in the future.
